WHO Printing - Scanning
WHO Printing is equipped with a large and small format scanner (colour or black and white).
We can scan from:
- Photos
- Slides or transparencies
- Plans or line art and other artwork
- Up to 1250mm wide
Saved as:
- CYMK or RGB colour
- B/W or grey scale
- Macintosh or PC windows
- .tif, .jpg, .bmp, .pdf and many more file types
Large format scanning
Our unique precision colour system allows us to calibrate regularly ensuring stable and predictable colour output. This scanner also has image enhancement power and can produce a clean crisp scan even from poor quality originals.
OCR text scanning
With OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scanning we can take pages of, say, a full colour catalogue or flyer, scan and save the document in a simple PC or Mac format on CD. This allows you to edit the document. Alternatively, we can give the files to one of our designers to redesign your selected print material.
